Your knowledge of Anonymous can't be that great. It's a movement, a banner, an idea, an identity, a principle, many other things.
But it sure as hell isn't a club, a society, or a supermarket loyalty scheme. There is no membership, though there are groups that use the name.

I'm guessing it would depend on the hemp strain, but the most you'd get from a commercial legal variety would be a headache.
It is only relatively recently that proper research is gaining momentum, from what I can see, with regard to high CBD strains of medicinal cannabis. It is long long overdue, thanks to reefer madness and the destructive idiocy of prohibition. The list of people with material interest in maintaining the murderous and backward status quo of prohibition is too long for a comment, and as for the Daily FAIL types, I've yet to hear any complaints that are not either caused by prohibition, or applicable to a variety of substances and therefore a social ill.

I imagine it would only cost a few bob to get prescription lenses in front of or behind the device, e.g. with a bundled clip on frame that your local optician can put lenses in. My glasses only cost 18 quid with a deal on moneysavingexpert.com and they are a nice black frame by Bench, not the clunky NHS syle beloved by nonces and granny killers.

I was on The Box for years, long before all this iPlayer tomfoolery and the like. The Box has been my sole source of TV, and it is so mentally refreshing not to have to watch adverts and/or the buffering icon, over shite quality streams in crappy web players. Not to mention that sometimes stuff was captured and uploaded and fully seeded before it appeared on the web!
Ever since I learned of the distinctions between NT and 95, back when I was just getting proper in to computing on my then bleeding edge AMD K6-2 400mhz system, built with the help of me new mate Andy*, I have wondered WTF was the bloody point of Windows 95, 98 and (trigger warning) Milennium Edition?
Mickeysoft had (so I thought) a dependable workhorse with NT, so why not tart that up for a consumer windows version rather than pissing about making the incontinent epileptic donkey that was 9x/ME?

Hang on hang on.... VPNs, encryption, servers all over the world..... How do you regulate that? Am I missing something really obvious here?
I can see how the coins would be linked if the likes of amazon were to accept them for goods delivered, but how about a "trusted" (by word of mouth?) escrow service for ebay transactions with a similar feedback rating system? Select "collect in person" and avoid the PayPal fees.

Socially accepted? That's already the case in the USA and other places. Heck, some people willingly tune in to pro government (read: military/financial/industrial oligarchy) programming and will happily projectile-defecate that drivel all over facetard and suchlike. For no financial reward at all.

It almost sounds like it would be worth turning off the ad blocker for a bit just for a ruddy good giggle.
That said, the odd ad has slipped through, most peculiarly for Islamic religious clothing, despite my religious views clearly being "Agnostic". Perhaps they think I'll make my mind up about it when I feel the lovely fabric?
I just switched back to Mozilla Firefox, prompted by diabolical Flash performance and the fact that Chrome was bloated beyond belief. I still had the same flash problem on FF, unable to even play 420p youtube videos smoothly, until I happened upon the solution of disabling protected mode in Flash (disabling hardware acceleration made no difference). Thankfully I'm sensible when it comes to NoScript permissions, but I would hesitate when it comes to a non-technical user's system.
Hop on to YouTube and have a gander at what the late George Carlin had to say about "our owners" and "the reason education sucks [and] it's never gonna get any better". Here.
In there is the reason education is working just fine for those running it, helped along by the advancements of technology used to de-skill the workforce and money-as-debt to keep people slogging along to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

That'll explain the chat bar being out of action and everyone bitching about it, but isn't one benefit of a "cloud" that it can withstand the loss of service at one location and be able to at least limp along with other sites until things are straightened out?
Admittedly, this is probably peak time of day for their servers and don't know how many locations FB has.

I'd go even further and say that the government needs to legislate a happy living (as opposed to struggling subsistence) minimum wage that allows people to afford rents that make unused properties everywhere profitable enough to do up and rent out to private tenants.
I had the opposite problem and a bit of embarrassment when I burned a CDR (free to download and burn album) to take to test out some speakers I was thinking of buying. The shop's Arcam player wasn't havin' none of it! Had to resort to the Gnarls Barkley CD they had kicking around. When I got back home the CDR played perfectly in my 15 year old Technics.
Additionally, SecuRom on F.E.A.R. wouldn't play nice with my drive, and I had to crack it just to play it, bringing the added bonus of not having to fart about with physical media.
