England is only a region of the United Kingdom; it is not a country. Some of us live elsewhere in the UK and they are not "our boys".
As always, we pray that England win something, somewhere, sometime if only to avoid endless grainy pictures from 1966.
If you must have music to make them perform, may I suggest the "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies".

Legislation should be for naked photos of all Board Members of the appropriate Organisation to be posted on the web.
For Government Departments it should apply to all Front Bench Spokesmen for the Department together with their top level Civil Service team.
Perhaps they might take personal data a little more personally and seriously.
From next week 40% of Virgin Media staff payslips will be inspected regardless of the employees' positions in the Company. The staff concerned will not be informed because it would be counter-productive as it does not affect them directly.

Very quiet mail day at home today. Only 2 items.
One for a different street, the other an unaddressed circular. I'm registered with Royal Mail Door to Door opt outs, so that's 2 items and 2 screw ups. Last week mail was left outside. When challenged the postie said..."Oh, I didn't see the letter box". It's plumb in the centre of the door where it has been for 10 years.
I paid for KeepSafe, they sent my mail back to sender saying Gone Away. I paid for a Post Box, they could not find it (the BOX!!!) when I called to collect, and again, and again. Every single item posted by Recorded Delivery was not found by their computer reporting system. Response..... We aim to provide the same level of service to all our customers. That's for sure. How low can you go and still believe you can continue to exist. Go ahead, lads. Strike. We don't care any more.
And don't forget to put the prices up after that. as you usually do.

Some of are "of a certain vintage" and actually use mobile phones to conduct conversations rather than all these extra things like cutting apples, baking potatoes, and finding Virgins that seem to come as part of the load nowadays. Do Google give lessons on how to find this SMS thingy, then??

Passing laws is great fun for MPs, but without police to enforce them their value is reduced to making headlines only.
Maybe they could try it out on my local Tory MP. According to his expense claims he can easily spend £1000 on mobile calls in a month.
Plenty time to do it as he seldom opens his mouth in the Commons. I'm sure you know him. He's the one who sits near the dear leader mouthing the big words silently to himself in dizzy admiration.
Remember these are the people who believed that the introduction of a two colours phone was more than radical enough for that century, and that there was really no demand for it as the black chunky phones were more than adequate to meet all known requirements.
