... this means I'll no longer have to reformat my DIVX stuff to PS format anymore.
Now if only the PSP would be given a similar update.
Here in the States
. . . One of the parents would sue the School/Headmaster, and get awarded a huge settlement based on the "Mental Anguish" caused bu knowing their children were being taught in such an unsafe environment where kids were allowed to be /gasp ... KIDS.
OH WON'T SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!?!?
My wife, and I have a 16 mo old son, and neither one of us is inclined to coddle the toddler. That's Grandmothers domain!
OEZ NOEZ MY RATINGZ!
Sorry, but the EBay rating system was broken for so damned long that I rarely take a sellers rating into consideration.
Giving someone "positive" rating of "A+++ ZOMG GREAT SERVICE" for following the terms of the agreement, and the item being in the conditions described is like giving a 30% tip for a waitress that services you well enough that you have no complaints, but not so good that you were impressed.
My wife tried to give someone a Neutral rating for something she bought in "Like new" condition that was definitely "Used". She stated she was still satisfied with the product, but that it was definitely not "like new". She got flamed by the seller, and ended up not using ebay for over a year.
Now people cannot see their feedback until they GIVE feedback. That's the right way to do it, but people still need to give appropriate feedback.
PS 3 Overpriced? I think not.
The PS 3 is Overpriced? Frankly I have all 3 "major" console brands along with my laptop for my gaming needs because I like to play what I want to play without worrying about the hassle of whether it will come out on any particular platform.
Having purchased a 360, Ps3, and a Wii I can say I have been much happier long term with my PS 3 purchase than my 360.
My 60GB PS3 cost me $599. It came with 2 controllers, Built in Wireless, and Blue Ray DVD capabilities.
My 360 cost me $350 + $100 (Wireless NIC). + $40 (2nd Controller) Then if I wanted the HD DVD option (equivalent to the PS3 Blue Ray built in) I'd need to spend an additional $180. This totals out to $670 U.S. Dollars.
Now the 60 GB PS3 sells for $499. Overpriced? I think not.
