So your family / commune / whatever is a microcosm of the macrocosm that others here are arguing against.

And I notice "we" don't make your own clothes, pottery, furniture, medicines, energy, books, etc, etc, all of which are easy enough, given as much training as correct usage of chmod (who on Earth was it suggested someone's kid be allowed to wield the Sword of Permissions??) requires.
