I agree with previous commenter; why not go one step further? In cooler climates the warm air can be used to heat up adjacent offices. I've often heard of gamers that their machine is powerful enough to stop the central heating radiator from kicking in, so why not do this at a larger scale? Air condition companies could specialise in re-using the surplus warm air in winter time.
