Other news, a CD only costs pence to make yet sells for £7-10 pounds.

So the recording artist, record label, recording studio and duplicator are supposed to work for free?

Back to the iPhone, Apple pay designers, software developers and many more employees. Plus the person selling the device needs to make a profit too.

R&D Costs

Considering all the problems with the iPhone 4 on the street, Apple can't have invested too much in R&D this time around.

Steve Ives has maybe a little too much freedom...form over function appears to be getting slightly out of hand.
