If you have a small biz with few people and short on $ and you don't mind they go through all of your emails and docs - because THEY DO IT TO FREE ACCOUNTS - Google Apps is good IF YOU DON'T PAY FOR IT.
If you pay for it you're a fool - it sucks and you don't get crap for your $50/user/year, only some lame AV screening and archiving; the only positive thing about Premier Ed. is its different TOS (no data goes to Google's db from your domain.)
