I'll be pleased to review any unsolicited advertising Nokia and act on it as I see fit

My charge for this is £100 per item.

Multiple sendings count as multiple items

By sending unsolicited advertising Nokia and its affiliates will be deemed to unconditionally and irrevocably accept these charges and a contract shall exist between us.

Payment is requested within 30 days of invoice.

All costs pursuing non-payment will be to Nokia's account.

If Nokia don't want to accept these charges, its simple: Don't send to my number.

Well, they can shove that idea right up their .....

..... SIM card slot where the sun don't shine!

The last thing, no, the thing that is after the last thing is that I want unsolicited advertising to my mobile handset. They'd better have an opt-out or OFCOM are going to be inundated with public complaints.

The thing that gets me is that the mobile industry bleats like a stuck pig when they get regulated. And then they go and think up something like this. For my money I'm getting inclined to think that the entire mobile industry should be so tightly regulated in every aspect that they are not allowed to launch new ideas without them first being approved by the same committee that designed the Camel.
