Yet another reason
To avoid the place. Though to be honest those bloody three-legged monster things that apparently roll around the countryside there were enough to scare me away in the first place.
Just when you thought everything had gone quiet on the extreme porn front, up it pops once more. This time, it’s the Isle of Man doing its best to save us all from unnatural vice, and demonstrating in the process the oddly fractured nature of law-making in the British Isles. The Isle of Man, along with the Channel Islands is …
I've got my leather boots, and Jeans ready for when the Christian psychopaths in charge of our country want us to march on the unclean and the heretical.
How much of the tory front bench belong to a fringe Christian chapter of the party? Just so I know if I should polish my stomping boots? Also whether I should step up creating the image of a well adjusted heterosexual vanilla sex person that only has sex as a utilitarian step towards furthering the nation/religion/party agenda by increasing loyal population.
I live in Scotland, and after being told that taking photos of kids trespassing in my garden could be classed as "harrassing behaviour" if their moomies complained (big fecking surprise, soft on crime, soft on criminals, blame the innocent), despite making it clear it would be simply to be able to show the cops the faces of the little scrotes.
I wrote to complain to the justice minister and got the biggest pile of waffle back from his lackey, phoning said lackey got the biggest pile of crap spouted about "need to protect kids" and my local MP and MSP are no help as they are both SNP also
Tories just as bad (Ted Brocklebank you are a t*sser and a spineless one at that), labour didn't bother answering any letters and the lib dems are HOPELESS
Also wrote about the idiocy of criminalising naturism and got a letter from another lackey claiming no change being made and a letter contradicting that by basically saying that "nudity will be presumed to be a sexual offence on the view of the complainer" so the usual prudes go to a nude beach, phone the rozzers and get to scream "PEEDO PEEDO" to the papers.
This country sucks, I'm glad I plan to leave....Perhaps it would have been better if Britain had been subsumed into the US.....at least in a few states the attitude seems to be, "no where near you, dont like it...dont look"
Also liked NZ court ruling which said being walking naked around your house even with curtains open is fine, people shouldnt be looking in your windows.
Unlike Scotland where people have been arrested for it
Scotland....Welcome to the christian Iran
Typical tabloid comment that the IoM gave up birching 'recently'.
That's like saying recently, the X-Files had it's first UK broadcast, recently Jurassic Park and Indecent Proposal were first screened in the UK, recently anti-racist were held across London in response to criminal charges being dropped against two youths accused of murdering black teenager Stephen Lawrence.
Given you live in Scotland, I would have thought you would be completely aware that there is no such thing as trespass in Scottish law.
As long as the person causes no damage whilst crossing your property, you have no case. If they damage something, then you'd go after them for a criminal damage proceeding.
Actually the "no trespass laws in Scotland" is an urban myth, you can be easily be charged for refusing to leave property / making a nuisance of yourself / breaching the peace / playing others in a state of fear / alarm / attempted burglary / loitering with intent to commit burglary and many other charges. Also being in someone else's garden without a valid reason especially after dark will have you answering difficult questions from the cops IF they catch you.
Source for that is the consultation on the right to roam bill, where that point was covered in detail.
