    "By transmitting the ApacheBench program to YouSendIt's servers" - if that's the quality of the technical investigation by the prosecution, this will be a short case...

    Claims to have over 1400 apps released (he has a profile on oDesk). Which means he must have set up a new account with Apple because his first account was actually banned.
