Not much difference to the Bold 1 really except dropping the horrible roller ball is hopefully a good idea.
It is still not a beautiful device, just boring stiff suit executive styling like the other BBs (except the Storm but that is a nice design ruined by dodgy implementation).
I have a personal iphone 3gs and a work's BB Bold both on O2 .. if my company used Exchange rather than Notes OR upgraded to Lotus iNotes 8.newversion.x (which supports access from iphones and remote wipe etc) then I would dump the BB in the nearest company recycling bin and put the SIM in the iphone instead. Sorry but that's my view as a user. There is no magic to the BB and the cost of running your own BES setup is significant and really unnecessary these days for most enterprises when workable alternatives exist (both MS and Unix-based).
