@tard,
if you read my response to him in both cases, you will find I do actually respond to his questions, I have an exercise for you, please give me a question he put forward, that I did not answer, obviously if it was a two word question that was excusable to miss, but in the reply I answered 5 others, then it's excusable
As for english, yes, It's my mother tongue and compared to most, I have a high level, are you going to turn into a grammar nazi? You really think you should go down that road?
@ac
the reason is quite simple, most people are not capable and unfortunately computers are simple enough for those people to use, they go around the interwebs, spouting whatever they think and wondering about things and clever people like myself and perhaps yourself included, have to wade through 1234098123 comments of what amounts to spam crap from people who don't really know what they are talking about or asking on a topic which is clearly a lot more complex. It's like what would you think if you are a rocket scientist and then comes a guy who says
"rocket science is easy, I mean, it's just gravity combined with a means of propulsion, why does it take so much thinking, it should be simple, I mean, err, anyone who can throw a softball understands the way rockets work in real life"
You'd understandably get pissed, because rocket science is HARD and the reason it's HARD is because of the speeds, the necessary control systems in order for that high powered rocket to NOT explode, manufacturing the equipment, measuring your speed, altitude, all the equipment involved with that, etc, etc. Rocket science is NOT just a series of simple newtonian equations.
But unavoidably, when something like chrome frame comes up, you get all manner of people who know a "little" about computers, thinking they are experts, then TALKING like experts, when really, they are nobody, they have no qualification to talk, because they don't understand.
When you find those people, you start to wonder, WTF are you doing? why did you comment on something that is obviously NOT your area of expertise? and you have nothing to add?
The reason is, because the internets give these people mouths from which to talk to other people more knowledgable in their domain, in the real world, you'd need to prove your credentials before being allowed into the room, the internets, the room is open, everyone and their mother walks in.
