Out of those I think number 17 has to be my favourite! :
17) Ferocious attack kitten
"This destructive kitty has been trained as a proud warrior and will fiercely defend your house, even against you. Has a very soft and furry belly, like a teddy bear - however he will bite your face if you try to touch it. For the love of God, someone please take this thing out of my house."

When my older brother was a teenager he climbed 3 stories of icy drain pipe in a freezing rain (in the dark of night) to get into his girlfriend's room. And he knew the girlfriend's short-tempered and prone to violence father owned several guns. Fortunately, the young lady's mother caught them, and she just made my brother leave the way he came. Love, she's wonderful.
..."I know what I was feelin'... but WHAT was I thinkin'?..."
Odd, they do stick in a few fun/interesting country songs amongst the truck left me/wife broke down stories. The other one I've heard (in my travels in the southern US, natch) has a refrain that includes, "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was", which I think is pretty clever.
