    "nip in the bud" fell out of favor in England but survived in America (mostly in the southern states) until movies and television reintroduced it to England.

    And as long as you're driving out Americanisms, when you are in a hurry, tell your friend to "step on the petrol".

    Maybe downloads are decreasing because you download it once, and there you go. I use eclipse at work and home, so that's 2 downloads for 40 hours a week usage.

    Nothing new, this has been offered by Aptana a long time ago...

    Aptana also contributed to the Eclipse Babel project, one of the guiding "behind the scenes" pilars behind Galileo and its succesful launch. With Galileo for the first time, all projects to be included had to be localizable. And with a few shameful exceptions, most of them are already localizED, too.
