    video?

    I get how it helps with a still picture for the reasons given, but how does a shutter help with capturing smoother video? Surly it just means the first frame and the last frame are "crisper" without affecting the stuff in the middle?

    Video is made up of still images, or frames , The number per second being dependant on the standard being used.
