    On the back page

It's has noticed that Apple has retained the services of the Fat Lady Singing Troupe, to be deployed on short notice in the next 12 months.

Steve, is slowly and painfully carking it methinks, and Apple PR are keeping him out of the spotlight to calm investors in this rough economic period.

    imagine, just imagine ...

... that the roles are reversed.

You might be a Jobs, Gates, Jee-dubya, Hobama ... or a plain ol' nobody as far as the media/commerce/finance sectors are concerned.

Mine's the one with the expense claim in the pocket.

Too true. There's a world of difference between yesteryear's spotty oiks who worked like Trojans to build an empire from nothing and today's spotty oiks who snaffle a load of Venture capital, build an intangible house of cards and then flog it to whichever one of the old skool boys is most starry-eyed over Web 2.0 this week.

    Title

Don't want to see anyone ill/suffering/whatever, but I will not buy another Mac while Jobs still has anything to do with Apple. Not that Apple is necessary going to change for the better after Jobs is gone.
