The rest will cost £7.63, providing the ISP opts for CBC pricing.
BT's 21CN vision is far more sinister unfortunately. Having worked on the field for BT Wholesale for a number of years now, it clear that the titles "Engineer" and "Technician" are too good for those who work on the front lines for BT. Our job roles have been devolved to such an extent now, that by the time the 21st Century network goes live we'll just be required to change cards under instruction from someone in Bangalor reading from a script.
