    And when the little b'stards get out after ten years - or those who survive until their release date - they should be condemned to forever use only the version of Windows that was current at the time of their incarceration.

    My theory

    is most crackers break and admit to crimes. Keep stum and it is virtually impossible to prove anything on the Net, hey anyone could be changing logs it is just digital data, and machines can be hijacked who really knows, and this is on the balance of probability as well

    Putting a death penalty in, well I don't think will any talk if they are innocent or guilty on that one. Still this is if death follows an attack, it is probably more to do with military and police than hospitals, but if you are going to rely on a computer program to save your arse and not lead you into hell, well that is a little daft isn't it.

    It isn't terrorism if they're just making a nuisance of themselves, but yes, nobody's going to get funding to combat "mild annoyancism".
