    Uh... Think about not wearing his watch? Why on Earth would he imagine I would ever spend that much energy on it? The only time I think about his watch is when I encounter mention of it in the news, otherwise I don't think about it at all.

    I'd hardly call initiating a frantic public media damage limitation frenzy "shrugged off fears" myself... more indicative of a state of "is shitting himself"
