      That would have been £38 on ebay + £24 p&p from the USA but the supplier has sold out. I also felt the urge to own one.

      Note: If the event is only for US people, then it's the ability to 'soder' that they need :)

        I teach soldering to US teenagers, and after the 6 months they're in my class they all pronounce the L. Fight from the inside!

          I presume the class is learning more than soldering. I teach that in one session.

    I first parsed that as "Ability to soldier" and thought it was limited to the Armed forces...

    But then I thought they were recruiting for astronaut training...
