Cloudflare's fantastic DDOS protection. It makes sure that the server is up 24-7 by denying all connections.

Eh, I'd love to have helped, but it's been a while since that request which gave you that error - which makes it hard for me to actually find it.

This is the sort of thing you should be emailing us at webmaster@ with tons more details, such as the IP address, headers, etc… as that'd help us get quickly to it.

Right now, best I can guess is that you triggered their robot sensors…
