    PC sales do suck

    That however is only part of Micron's issues. If AMD's Zen ever arrives in '16 it will definitely give a shot to PC sales as the Zen cores are powerful and will bring new, useful technology to market across all PC segments. Unfortunately Zen is a year away so the PC market will struggle onward as Win10 will not create any sales spurt.
