    How come the UK levies fines against wrong doing companies that are pityful when compared with those imposed in the USA?

      PayPal's 2014 annual revenue was $7.9 billion, up 19% year over year.

      So not exactly a "huge" fine, more a little tap on the wrists.

    Nonprofit fundraiser? Shut down, account frozen, interest stolen.

    Seller victimized by repeat Ebay fraudster? Funds gone, no appeal.

    WMD trafficker barred by the government? SURE, WHY NOT.

    If it's anything like the UK's Royal Mail

    $6,999 of the $7,170 would have been absorbed by the postage and packaging in any event.
