    All this capacity should enable Isilon to withstand competition from IBM's GPFS, sorry; Elastic Storage; no, sorry again, Spectrum Scale (get it right - Ed), Ceph and Gluster. We have no price and availability information. ®

    OpenStack Swift support, what's taking them so long, surely they should be apologising to their customer's, not the competition???

      I think EMC are very worried about Gluster. with Red Hats Gluster 3.1 it has all the features required and is hugely lower cost than Isilon, perhaps 30% to 40% of the price.
