      A "fiscal" year does not necessarily correspond with the calendar year. It is just an accounting period. Overland's financial year runs from July 1 to June 30. Its fiscal 2014 ended on June 30, 2014... Its Q1 2015, then, was over before actual "calendar 2015" even began.
