    Are these guys really that confident that they are “untouchable”?

    General-ly [pun intended]? Yes. Which is why young males are the ones sent out there to fight and die. In this case, it is even more poignant that previous take downs of such groups come from members in long -standing who have been recently up-close-and-personal with the federal prosecutors. These things usually don't end well.
