Prison? It'll never happen... In the good ol' United States alpha-male execs escape wrong-doing while shareholders always pick-up the tab. People tend to think this is exclusive to Wall Street, its not! Living in America is death by a thousand cuts from other companies pulling similar stunts.
So where's the justice?
This case represents America's idea of fair-play capitalism, and if you don't like it, then sue! After all it only makes good business sense to trample consumers to death at every opportunity. T-mobile was better than that once when they started out offering unlocked GSM SIMs, but they became corrupted by Sprint and the other telcos, and now Corporate America is truly rotten to the core!
Meawnwhile our taxpayer funded OFCOM execs are chauffeured around in mercs& jags, on 6 figure salaries & 5 star hotels at taxpayer expense and no ones done shit about this, roaming charges, or every govt agency & private company being 0871 rip off calls for 20 years.
