Get comfortable with mobile device management

First step of MDM

Make sure you can't remove the MDM profile. Up to iOS6, when I stopped using casper this was all too trivial to do. Rendering the whole exercise pointless. Not looked at it recently to know if this is still the case.

That said, casper really is the friendly ghost. Great product, just a shame that the the thing you are trying to manage does everything it can not to be. Awkward bastard apple kit.
