    I wish there was this much documentation when I got screwed over

    I hope the employees involved get much more than a token settlement.

    Why is the judicial branch pushing so hard ...

    ... for a settlement - which will essentially whitewash all criminal activity, instead of throwing the book at the senior executives involved in this conspiracy, be them dead or alive?

    Even if the settlement amount is doubled, USD $700 Million divided amongst the four companies involved amounts to cost of doing business. It may even be tax-deductible.

    This is not a deterrent, and will not prevent this from happening in the future.
