Having suffered as an Oracle hostage customer for a few years and not quite being free yet, all I can say is the support from another company could hardly be worse than from Oracle who, allegedly, has the engineers who wrote the original code and should be best to bug-fix things.
Find a serious bug, report it, bugger-all done, escalate it, bugger-all done, try again, told it is a "feature request" and not a bug to be fixed, etc, etc.
