    Personally

If any of my friends stared hosting "Naked pics" or "Nude vids" etc on their facebooks I'd either send them a message saying "WTF?" or similar. I'd hope my friends had more taste than to do that.

And really, people think you can get nude vids on youtube? Youporn perhaps, maybe pornotube, but youtube?

      Re: Personally

Clearly the virus makers have never seen some of my friends. Seeing naked pictures of those would be a deterent to sex for most people. In fact it might make a good sex ed video to scare kids off sex for life.

Yes, because we all know how an infected machine only affects that one person.

After all, looking at the bloke (probably) on the IT desk next to you, would you really want to see that undressed?

    Slowly?

"Hundreds of people have been tricked into installing Trojan malware after clicking on a new Facebook scam that falsely promises naked videos of their "friends"."

99% of people using a smartphone are thick as pig sh*te!

They deserve to be scammed, ripped off, destroyed!

Sympathy for those who can't be bothered to take their own security seriously, can not be given. It is also undeserved.

FFS, what is this? A linux support forum?

Everyone who doesn't understand stuff I understand is a moron who deserves to be destroyed.

      Why doesn't anyone like me?

"99% of people using a smartphone are thick as pig sh*te!"

Why say sh*te? why mask a single letter of an obvious word? I suppose you were just thinking of the children. Bloody peado.

What to smartphones have to do with this?

      1. Eddy Ito

Clearly the OP meant the smartphones for watching fake FB vids are as thick as a pig chute. Typing misteaks are common.

    WTF?

If I ever got a message offering nude pics and videos of any of my facebook friends I'd want to stock up on brain bleach first.

Am I the only one with attractive friends?

Or is it that everyone here wants to turn the forums into a death-camp for old jokes...

Re: Am I the only one with attractive friends?

That depends, I'd wager that many are like myself and had attractive friends before gravity finally beat out skin elasticity. Now, my niece has lots of attractive friends but me? Not many at all.

Most of my friends are other guys, attractive or not, I don't wanna see another guy in the buff.

And the girls I know on facebook I'd say were more... homely than attractive.

    Internet darwin award

This is some kind of internet darwin award. Anyone who installs this will somehow remove themself from the internet. I can't say exactly how (that is evolution for you) but by some combination of nested viruses and rootkits they will hopefully find the internet so slow and useless as to give up on it - I can only hope.

If only that were true ! Unfortunately, we all know that they live on as the undead zombie hordes that clog the net with their spam-spewing machines while their owners carry on regardless.

Maybe if flash didn't require a critical update 2 or 3 times a week, users would be a bit more suspicious of flash updates.
