    Weird

    Considering in the days of 56k this sort of thing was readily available (Although often at a monthly charge), I am surprised I havent seen more of them.

      Yeah. This one sounds a bit like a mobile version of the old google Web Accelerator, which subsequently became mobile only with Google's Data Compression Proxy.
