For good measure that will toss in IIS and some ActiveX. Oh, IE6 will be the required browser as well and they will browser sniff and anything else will result in a (even more) broken site.
Rather than hiring those people to help registrants, he will add Bob to the sit to help them navigate it and Clippy when filling out the forms.

Good luck. Even a seasoned MS Exec may find the burden of government processes overwhelming. I bet right now he has a stack of papers on his desk that needs to be photocopied in triplicate then sent by mix of certified mail and fax to a dozen places, just to determine which office will be handling his future paperwork.

If people in the Obama Administration have no clue as to the idiocy of the appointment of a "Microsoft software" executive to oversee healthcare.gov, then for the first time since he became President of USA, I would cast an opinion as a strong anti-politics individual and consider Barack Obama a more naive and stupid person than most other leaders in 2013 with all the data available to him regarding this website debacle..
The sad facts of Microsoftie Stephen Elop at Nokia, and results of several other (supposedly) ex-Microsofties leading technology ventures should give pause to any sane decision maker to look elsewhere - in desperation, where there are several excellent candidates for that responsibility.
The Obama administration has finally proven to be a completely doofus group.
