    Hijacking web pages through advertisements is old as dirt. The last time I turned off my web bug blocker, I saw that it was still happening on CNN.com and Yahoo.com. Advertisers resell over and over so the true origin can difficult to track.

    Add mod_reqtimeout to your apache modules and watch it grind to a halt.

    This is news?

    A few (2?6?8? Times flies when you're having fun, but fruit flies...) years ago that this was discovered. Trojan ads on websites and ad networks from Google to Yahoo to Amazon and others were found.

    You'll have to Google it.

    Glad to see they got that sorted out.
