      Brave? Not really. Both IBM and Amazon can afford significantly better lawyers than the US government, and if the doesn't work they'll just lobby the politicians to get their way anyway. Uncle Sam isn't rich enough to take on these giga-companies.

    A prof from university that once worked at a company providing services to government said even if you win a contract, the first thing you do is sue the government to get an extension on the deliverable date. He said they would have to do that just because of all the red tape involved made meeting the original deliverable date impossible.

    Just use the free version the NSA use?

    I wonder if this hold up will allow the NSA to deploy their existing OpenStack environment on behalf of the CIA, as it appears to be their plan having watched the keynote:
