    Bring it on!

This looks a bit like the à la carte TV programming that the cable and satellite companies have prevented us from choosing, thanks in part to their fears of losing advertiser revenue. I pay a chunk every month for 150+ channels of cack, whilst only watching less than ten of them.

I'd happily pay for just those few channels. Still, it may have the adverse effect of forcing TV execs to stop churning out all those Simon Cowell inspired tard-o-thons.

    Monkey Tennis, anybody?

    oh boy

Do you think NASCAR (or F1, etc) could make more running 1 channel per camera for every car-mounted camera in the race than they do with their current broadcast contracts?

I have actually heard of the various 'naughty tubes' sites that are in existence, I just thought it would be nice for Google to get in on the act themselves, I don't remember them saying anything about "don't be sexy" or "don't be pervy" haha!

Any "Android Personal Services" I get had damn well better come from a real, live android!

      Where's the sex robot icon?

    Thumb Up

At last, the option to pay for You Tube instead of getting it all for free!!

Seriously though, good content can be paid for, bad content won't sell (much), and it's a lot better to pay 99c and get the content legally from source than it is to bugger about trying to find it on a torrent, so thumbs up from me, at least for giving it a try.

    Sign in to browse...

I already see one problem youtube. The fact that it is better to sign out to use the website version of youtube... yesterday i was browsing youtube to try and see what was trending to possibly come across something comedy! but i was signed in to youtube... i was looking for about 15 mins to try and find the categories but i could only see what people had posted that i was following... i then figured that i would use a diff web browser that was signed out which allowed me to browse trends... so why would i ever sign in to use youtube..?

This paid channel is unavailable in your country.

Your not in the US, nothing to see here...

Works for me (Australia), which is in fact quite surprising.

    Changing your Google Wallet location

may be enough to change which channels are available for you.

I'd try, but the unavailable channels aren't really that tempting yet. We'll see what's on offer in a few months.
