    seriously disruptive

To Digital Terrestrial TV viewers who will never register as complaints about White Space as there is no mechanism for them to understand what is causing pixellation or freezing and no money assigned for independent verification of user compliance and non-interference in the field.

The Databases can never be accurate enough and eventually too many people will be using extra power, bigger aerials or even disabling or faking database.

There is simply not enough control and oversight.

Surely the people most likely to take advantage of this stuff are the people least likely to cause interference? If you're in a well-connected urban centre with Wifi, FTTC/FTTH, LTE and whatever else, why would you need a long-range 16Mbit wireless link? If you're out in the sticks, as you can see on the map, there is plenty of spectrum going spare to exploit without even coming close to disrupting other users.

For the same reason people drive Chelsea Tractors and spend thousands of £'s just to browse the internet. Or why Chavs stick expensive mods on their cars that do nothing for performance ...

It's human nature and there's this thing called unintended consequences.
