The difference is they denied access to the internet to innocent people merely because those people lived in China.
We would be denying these censors access to the USA because of their own personal actions.
People should be held accountable for their criminal and immoral actions during working hours.
In diplomatic terms denying entry is generally the only option when faced with an individual you do not approve of. Allowing them to come to the US then enacting some form of punishment such as arrest would cause more sigificant problems as not only would their country be somewhat upset you're holding their citizen prisoner, but you have to then justify the imprisonment under american law as well. Given that the 'crime' didn't take place in the US, it would of course be argued that they have no jurisdiction.
Conversely, I imagine the constitution to be somewhat more lax in terms of granting entry into the first place, and therefore much easier to get away with, and possibly less opaque as to the reason for denying entry.
The death penalty for murder is another example of punishment through similar means to the crime, and while some people may not agree with it on moral grounds, others certainly see it as an appropriate punishment.
Personally, I've always been a little surprised that Anonymous have never taken an interest in the great firewall of china. They're generally happy to put up a fight over things like the attempted censoring of WikiLeaks and the persecution of Aaron Swartz, but not the censoring of the internet for an entire country. Whether they don't think they can make a difference, or are concerned about the events they may set in motion, I don't know, but it's always seemed to me that this would be right up their street. Not that I'm encouraging them, or support them of course, I just find their lack of action on this topic interesting.

At the other end of the spectrum you have Hollywood and LA.
The Hollywood types say they're liberal, peaceful, against war, and in favour of big government.
But every hour of every working day the people of Hollywood are making or promoting films that promote domestic violence, gun violence, war and black helicopter theories, thus creating the culture of the right-wing and red-neck America.

Cuba, Laos, Peoples Republic of China and Vietnam are the last communist governments left on the planet. The rest either imploded or were overthrown for damned good reason. 60+ million people have been killed because of these repressive regimes. Millions more are in jail for "political crime". China has subjugated Tibet and is currently trying to expand influence in the South Pacific for resources. The only solution is to completely isolate these countries economically, socially and physically until their people are give the basic freedoms that all mankind should have. Any western power, corporation or organization that supports these regimes by buying their goods is indirectly supporting a brutal subjugation of their citizens.
North Korea is not communist. It follows "Juche". They too should also be on that list for the above reasons.

By the logic of said petition, they should eject all foreign nationals employed by anti-virus firms that are members of CARO. And let's not forget foriegn nationals employed by Cisco.
