    Shouldn't that say "may once again be developing"?

    I'm reasonably sure that before politics caused DEC's Alpha to be abandoned, Samsung were not only building Alpha chips, but Alpha system boards too. Not commodity microATX either, multi-socket SMP-ready stuff such as the UP2000.
