"iLuv Vibro Classic" conjured up a different kind of accessory to me.

Yep, was expecting some kind of self-manipulation device also.

Funnily enough, my first thought was, 'Not more iPhone wankery'?

How about giving us some clock/radio/alarm kit that can just play MP3s on its own? How hard is that?

Based on my long fruitless search for an mp3 alarm clock that works as you would expect, apparently this very hard to do. For some reason.

    £80 is "low cost"???????

I know that the Reg journos don't live in the same world as us plebs, £1200 ultrabooks seeming cheap to them by virtue of their freeness, but sorry, £80 isn't low cost

Anyone know what the connector is for the vibrator unit?

If it's a 2.5mm jack, then it's likely that it can be replaced by most vibrators.

Now if they'd only made the vibrator bit wireless, waking up would be far more fun...

If yours fits in a 2.5mm jack, you need an upgrade!

Agree with the other posters. If you've chosen to call your company iLuv, don't call your product the 'Vibro'. Coming soon; the iLuv Girthmaster 5000 iPad dock.
