    As judged by whom? The upstanding, moral minority as usual no doubt!

    Of course it's down to the ISPs, who really don't a give monkey's, who have to enact this sort of stupidity to the best of their ability based on "guidelines" from aforementioned moral zealots. It's also the ISPs that carry the can when they don't get it quite right and the moral zealots finally consider they have something worthwhile to do with their pathetic empty lives, freaking out over some tiny thing that 99.99% of the population couldn't care less about.

    More and more companies...

    ...need to stop even entertaining some of these countries. Places like China, India, and Australia should just get denied service every once in a while to remind them that some of their laws are so behind the times that we're not even going to sweat it.

    is that the complaint is apparently linked to the more extreme nationalistic, right-wing agendas. And so is not sponsored by sources close to the actual government. Yet.

    The court obviously has to investigate properly, so watch this space.
