In one of the "Horrid Henry" books the eponymous protagonist gets his younger brother to pay cash in return for being allowed to specify a list of ten insulting names which Henry then promises not to use against him in future. Henry, of course, uses the list to generate new names which are not on the list. You wouldn't think this puerile trick would work in real life, but ICM seems to be doing something very similar with their stupid registry, in collaboration with the trademark offices. Trademark your name and buy the domain, or else!
