Yup...said this many times in the past...stop passing off parental responsibility to ISP's/website owners/government agencies etc and take responsibility.
Don't understand tech? Put the damn computer in a room where you can look up and see what your kids are doing.
And like has already been said - pre-screen it. It's happened before and will happen again.
But I guess that means spending time with, and interacting with, your sprogs rather than letting someone/something else do it for you.
As for the perpetrators...why aim your smut at pre-school kids you sick whack jobs? Let's hand the "The internets are dark and evil and must be censored" brigade a huge stick to beat the ISP's & governments with.
I wondered how long it would be until the first "you are responsible for your kids" type of comment.
It's the Sesame St channel on YouTube, they've probably seen each part of it ten times already and therefore have good reason to presume that they know what their kids are doing. What is wrong with you kids watching Sesame St on the telly/a laptop while you got to the loo, or prepare a meal for them?
It is impossible to check everything a child does or sees, the real problem here is that youtube have a "zero tolerance" policy to nudity (yet they still host lots of graphic violence, go figure) but they are happy to have anything uploaded and do nothing until someone actually complains about it.
So some idiot guessed a password and thought this was funny?
If you're going to troll a site like this then at least do it properly.

Screw with the parents fine, but leave the kids out of it, they've got a whole lifetime of this crap ahead of them as it is.
Of a couple of things. First off, there is a great little show called "Avenue Q" that is a parody of Seseme Street, but with a more "Adult" attitude. One of the amusing songs in the play puts forth the theory that the main use of the Internet is "Porn...."
I also agree that the folks that did this are slightly lower than a snake's belly. I suspect that they are probably a couple of giggling, 14 year old boys, who are either trying to build some street cred with this, or, are trying to prove that they are not a total waste of skin.
