Yeah, that was my immediate first thought. Who are they to say how many people I can have accessing their disks or not?
It's not like they're actually doing anything other than offer disk space over a LAN, and many of their rivals are either open-source or serious kit. A small office isn't going to need more than a couple of disks in an array and if they do their existing servers and/or a cheap box from any network supplier will do it. What exactly does the Windows software offer over and above file access? It's very doubtful that it's worth a per-user-licence.
