Why do they need to run exercises? We are already fighting a cyberwar, and know exactly which Chinese military bases the opposition are based in. Just cant talk about it in public.

Any doubts; ask what happens to a gvt Blackberry that has been in mainland China? It gets binned on return.

    The fight against cyber-crime

    > Three key areas of particular concern were identified:

    a) fighting botnets: A vast army of compromised Windows 'computers'

    b) securing industrial control systems (such as water treatment and power generation): SCADA units running on Windows over tthe Internet

    c) enhancing the resilience and stability of the internet: Nothing wrong with the Interent as such, it does what it says on the packet, delivers packets to end nodes ..

ps: I've never known meetings as a solution for anything .. :)

Methinks that should be vast armies of commandeered Windows computers ...... A proactive civil defense measure and simply complex precautionary move to punish dodgy systems abusers .... loser users.

        Loan words

Generally where multiple words exist in a phrase that becomes a loan word it is taken as one word, more so in french than greek but it all applies. 'déjà vu' or 'Mardi Gras' or 'Ménage à trois' 'Hors d'œuvre' or 'grand prix'

    anything with 'war' in it

The us government can't control itself.

War, war, war, war, what government contractor can benefit from this?

Im sure the bidding started before the hat was tipped.

War is a thriving business in the US Government.
