            You misunderstand me. I'm not saying ABX is wrong, I'm saying ABX on its own is a waste of time and at the end of the day still just a bog standard subjective comparison.

        I did spot that typo, and it almost made some kind of sense - one would test hi-fi with an ear (mono, obviously!)
