Been using this plug for a couple of days and im really happy with it. Leave it on overnight and wake up with a fully charged iPhone.
To be fair its a lot cheaper than Apples plug plus i save a bit of energy and do a small part in saving the planet and a bit of cash.
It also looks a lot nicer than the Apple plug and worth the £14.00 investment.
