    Big Blue is in the lead for the race to the bottom.

    IBM has sub-contracted a lot of their work to low paid Agencies such as Manpower, where senior management have decent wages while the rest have to make do on minimum wage or slightly above it.

    Big Blue has become top heavy and will eventually collapse as all the good staff will have left
