Refresh year
IBM had their refresh year on both Power and mainframe, new systems were out. Q4 is also the quarter when IBM does the bulk of their systems business. We'll see how they do in Q4 for 2016 without the boost from refreshes.... Still kind of amazing that they can be that large with zero Intel.
