Odd question
The Andrew Morton book about Edward VIII looks interesting, but the question about why he holed up with some Rothschilds is an odd one, as the answer seems pretty obvious to me.
Their Jewishness would seem to be irrelevant to someone as dim and small minded as Edward, just the fact they are extremely wealthy and willing to support his lifestyle would seem to be enough.
Born into privilege, he lived his life as a drain on society.
